Our story
More than a decade of turning learning into capability.
Since 2014, UPA has supported thousands of professionals on their journey to become certified learners, develop new expertise and strengthen their professional contribution.
At the same time, our work has extended beyond the individual. We have supported institutions — including banks, central banks, government entities and private-sector organizations — with professional development, institutional programs and capability-building solutions.
