Purpose
The Frequent Clients Rewarding Policy aims to recognize and reward our valued clients for their continued patronage by providing them with exclusive privileges, discounts, and rewards on upcoming events, such as webinars, online training courses, conferences and forums.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Frequent Clients Rewarding Program, a client must have attended at least two training events from our firm within the past year.
Reward Tiers
There are two tiers of the Frequent Clients Rewarding Program:
- Silver: Clients who have attended at least two training events from our firm within the past year.
- Gold: Clients who have attended at least five training events from our firm within the past year.
Reward Benefits
Clients will receive the following benefits based on their reward tier:
Silver
- Free access to all webinars
- 10% discount on all upcoming classroom training courses, conferences, and forums.
- 50% discount on one online training course per year.
- Priority registration for all upcoming events.
- International Certification Program: Clients who take the leap into our international certification programs will be granted a 10% discount on their subsequent program and access to UPA webinars.
- Referral Rewards: Clients who refer new participants to our programs will receive additional 5% discounts on any of our services.
Gold
- Free access to all webinars
- 15% discount on all upcoming classroom training courses, conferences, and forums.
- Complimentary access to one online training course per year.
- Invitation to exclusive networking events with industry experts and fellow Frequent Clients members.
- International Certification Program: Clients who take the leap into our international certification programs will be granted a 15% discount on their subsequent program and access to UPA webinars.
- Referral Rewards: Clients who refer new participants to our programs will receive additional 10% discounts on any of our services.
Reward Enrollment
Clients can enroll in the Frequent Clients Rewarding Program by contacting our operations department.
Reward Renewal
Frequent Clients rewards are valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Members will be notified of their reward renewal date and will have the opportunity to renew their rewards at that time.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- This rewarding policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Frequent Clients members are responsible for adhering to all event registration and participation policies.
- Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
