Refund requests may be considered in cases such as duplicate payments, incorrect charges, proven unauthorized transactions, eligible cancellations, or services that were not delivered as agreed.

Refunds are generally not available for completed services, attended consultations or training sessions, accessed digital content, downloaded materials, customized services, or non-recoverable third-party fees, unless required by applicable law.

To request a refund, please contact info@universepath.com and include your full name, order or transaction reference, payment date, amount paid, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are usually returned through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Actual timing may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Universe Path reserves the right to review each refund request individually and may request supporting information before making a decision.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
