UniversePath.com accepts cancellation requests for eligible services, training sessions, consultations, digital products, and subscriptions purchased through the website.

Cancellation requests made before service delivery, booking confirmation, activation, or scheduled performance may qualify for rescheduling, account credit, or a full or partial refund, depending on the type of service and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Once digital access, download, activation, or delivery of the service has started, cancellation may no longer be available unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For subscription services, cancellation generally stops future renewals only and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period unless stated otherwise in the applicable offer or required by law.

To request cancellation, contact info@universepath.com and provide your name, order or booking reference, and the details of the service or product.

Universe Path reserves the right to refuse cancellations where fraud, misuse, or bad-faith activity is reasonably suspected.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
